Susana Vela has worked in the South Dade community since 2005, supporting organizations through staff training, leadership development, and community engagement. She has extensive experience in team development, program management, and grant coordination. Susana now serves as the Vice President of Programs and Strategic Partnerships at Amigos For Kids, where she focuses on strengthening programs, building partnerships, and creating meaningful resources for children and families.
