Cyndi is a 6th Degree Black Belt and CEO of National Karate & Fitness. Sensei Rogg teaches martial arts and fitness classes to ages 3 through adults. She specializes in teaching women to empower themselves through the skills of martial arts.

Susana has worked in South Dade since 2005 providing staff training and development solutions for small businesses as well as career preparation training for individuals. She has a Bachelor Degree in Public Relations and a Master in Education, which provided her the foundations for a successful career in higher education. Her experience and expertise include leadership development, building self-directed, organizational teams, community engagement, and grant management. Now, as a business owner, she continues to work with organizations, helping them build strong leadership skills that drive their teams to new levels of employee engagement.

Aliah Romer has practiced accounting for the past 15 years and is passionate about helping business owners achieve their financial goals.
She believes strongly in empowering others and has made it her mission to educate business owners on understanding the “numbers” so they feel empowered and in-control.

Orlando is an expert marketer and real estate instructor. He teaches a real estate course at Miami-Dade Community College and helps run the Homeshopper Magazine.
