I am an advisor to families in business, working with the founders and family members who are owners and also work together, right at the boundary where family relations and business intersect. We promote harmony, profitability and succession in family businesses by means of implementing a shared vision, best practices in governance for the family, as well as the business, in addition to clear rules regarding their relations, better known as family protocol. As an advisor, I always promote that the family- business decision-making process among its members to be done with fairness, justice, and transparency, in order to ensure harmony in the family, prof itability in the business, and a successful succession plan.
